FAQ'S
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Arrival instructions will be provided before your stay.
Do I need a 4x4 vehicle?
We highly recommend a 4x4 vehicle or ATV, especially during the rainy season. Many roads in the area are unpaved and can become challenging after heavy rain.
Is Wi-Fi available?
Yes. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. As we are located in a jungle environment, occasional interruptions may occur due to weather or local infrastructure.
Can I use the pool, sauna, and wellness facilities?
Absolutely. Guests have access to our communal pool, sauna, cold plunge, and wellness spaces until 9:00 PM daily. We ask all guests to use these amenities respectfully and at their own risk.
How close are restaurants, groceries, and medical services?
The Nëst is conveniently located just minutes from Santa Teresa and Playa Hermosa. Restaurants, cafés, grocery stores, pharmacies, and medical clinics can typically be reached within 10–15 minutes by car or ATV.

Words truly can't capture this experience — you have to live it at least once. I would recommend it to absolutely everyone. I was deeply inspired by the unique design of the hotel, and the hosts are wonderful.
